No support for the child who does not study and does not work

The Court of Cassation with the order n. 32406 on 8th november, 2021, confirmed the principle of self-responsibility. This principle requires the child not to abuse the right to be maintained by the parents
beyond reasonable limits of time and measure. The Court also stated that the obligation of the parents to support the child find a valid justification only in the cases of an educational project or a training course.
