He graduated cum laude from the University of Padua with the diploma thesis and a degree in criminal law.
In 2017 he receives the title of Ph.D.in Reasearch magna cum laude from the University of Padua; since 2018 he has become a researcher within the department of criminal law of the same University.
Luca Carraro mainly focuses on matters of corporate criminal law (especially dealing with bankruptcy offenses, banking, corporate and tax crimes), urban and environmental criminal law, 231 corporate criminal liability, cyber crimes and culpable criminal liability (especially in the professional healthcare sector).
He has published for “Utet Giuridica” - one of the main Italian publishing houses - in “Digesto delle discipline penalistiche”./ “A Compendium of Penal Disciplines”.
